Margaret Hicks

CEO/President

Margaret found her calling when she started working for Charlie Cook Associates, Inc. in the summer of 1984. With her willingness to learn and the opportunity to move up in the company, Margaret began selling plants in 1990. After twenty-one years in sales, she purchased the company as of January 1st, 2011 and assumed the role of President and CEO.

Jeanne Anne Weir

Senior Sales Consultant

Jeanne Anne started with us in August 2014. New to the horticultural industry, she has learned quickly and has become a vital part of our team. Jeanne does a lot of work with our technology including website updates. She is always looking to help our customers with their plant needs.

Senior Sales Consultant

Kenzie has been with us since September 2011. She started as a sales associate and has worked her way up to a Senior Sales position. With her bubbly personality and hard work ethic, she continues to expand her knowledge within the business.

Sales & Marketing Assistant

Emely is a transplant from Homestead, Florida where many of our nurseries are located. She has family in the industry, which referred her to us and we are very happy that she is here. She handles all of our marketing as well as assisting in sales and book keeping.

Kaylee VanHook

Accounting Manager

Kaylee joined us as an Accounting Assistant in 2020 and became our Accounting Manager in spring of 2021. She started with little knowledge of plants and now is our official plant lady. Kaylee is newly married to her husband, Cody, who is active military with the Army.

Sarshar Une-Muang

Accounting Assistant

Sarshar is originally from Thailand, where she grew up and attended university. She moved to San Francisco for her graduate degree and ended up getting married. Sarshar and her husband, Spencer, moved to Dallas in 2019. She is a creative mastermind and sells her handmade items at local craft shows and on her Etsy shop, Inthebluemoon.
