"What products do you offer?"

"What do I pay for your service?"
There is no separate charge for the service we offer. Most of the major growers grant us a brokerage discount that enables us to sell their plants at the same prices they offer to similar customers. In addition, our knowledge of the market enables us to locate plants at prices that offer savings and excellent value to our customers.

"Are your plants shipped from Dallas?"
Plants are shipped directly from the nurseries. Most are in Florida, but we also ship plants from California, Oregon, Texas and other states.

"How are the plants shipped?"
Most are shipped by specialized foliage carriers on temperature-controlled trucks, but air freight, U.P.S., or train may be used, depending on the specific shipment. We even ship orchids by mail. Criteria for choosing the method of transportation include plant size, method of packing, durability in transit, and distance.

"Do you have a minimum order?"
Our minimum order is $100, but shipments of foliage plants from Florida to most areas have a 100 cubic foot minimum freight charge. Other minimums may apply to certain items.

"How do I estimate 100 cubic feet?"
That volume can accommodate approximately 18 plants in 14" pots, 50 to 60plants in 10" pots, 100 plants in 8" pots, or 200 plants in 6" pots. Different sizes and varieties may be combined to reach the minimum.

"What if there is a problem with my shipment?"
If our growers ship plants that are not as we represented them, we are responsible to you and will stand behind our products. If the problem is one of damage or loss by the transportation company it is handled as any other freight claim. If you are not familiar with the process, we will help in filing a claim.
